What we ask for

• Name and email address – we cannot reply without them.
• Phone number – optional, only if you prefer to talk on the phone.
• The subject of your enquiry: the stay you are interested in and your message.
• For owner enquiries: the district and approximate size of the property and whether it already operates as a rental.

How it reaches us

The form does not send anything from the website: pressing the button opens your own email app with the message prefilled. Your details reach us only when you send that email to hop.apartmanok@gmail.com. The website stores no form data in a database.

What we use it for

Only to answer your question and to arrange your stay or an owner collaboration. We send no newsletters and never sell or pass on your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Our correspondence stays in the mailbox for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it – just write to the address above.

Booking and third parties

Bookings are not made on this website but in our booking system, which opens in a new tab and operates under its own terms.

Legal basis

• Steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract – GDPR Article 6(1)(b), for enquiries about a stay.
• Legitimate interest – GDPR Article 6(1)(f): answering your questions and discussing property management cooperation.
• Legal obligation – GDPR Article 6(1)(c), where law requires us to retain data (for example accounting records).

Who has access

Your messages are read by authorised colleagues of our company. Emails are stored in a Gmail mailbox and the website is served by Lovable's hosting – both act as processors, only to the extent needed to provide their service. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email address above; we reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu) or turn to the competent court.
